1 Erhebung der Freizeitwohnsitze gemäß § 14 (4) TROG
Gemäß § 14 (4) TROG hat die Landesregierung die Anzahl der Freizeitwohnsitze aufgrund der Meldungen der Bürgermeister zu erheben und im Internet zu veröffentlichen.
Nach diesen Bestimmungen sind die Gemeinden verpflichtet, Änderungen im Bestand innerhalb eines Monats an die Landesregierung zu melden. Diese Aktualisierungen werden seitens der Tiroler Landesstatistik in unregelmäßigen Abständen verarbeitet und anschließend veröffentlicht:
